About Us

We are a Catholic-owned, small family business. Jeff is a 4th Degree Knight of Columbus and Nina has taught Religious Education (RE) grades K5 - 3. We recognize and cherish the importance and significance of all the Sacraments.

First Sacrament Jewelers specializes in uniquely handcrafted medallions to celebrate and remember two important and sacred Sacraments: First Holy Communion and Confirmation.

All our pendants measure approximately 19MM in size (about 3/4 of an inch). Depending upon the material ordered they weigh in from 3 to 5 grams. Each pendant is individually hand crafted and polished. Sterling silver pendants are treated with a non-allergenic plating to prevent tarnishing. Each pendant comes with a sterling silver or 14K gold chain (with solid gold medallion) and is packaged in a gift box. Remember this when comparison shopping.

We currently have over 168 dies of individual church names in our inventory. If you do not see your church listed, contact us and we will start the process of adding your church.

All packages are shipped UPS and you will receive a tracking number via email when your pendant was been mailed. Normal turn around time is 1 - 2 weeks.
